I was saved at the age of six. It was in a field beside our family’s favorite restaurant and I can remember the Bible verses, and the little blue New Testament. I also remember the name of the man who showed those verses to me and showed me how to ask Jesus into my heart. That began a journey with the Lord that has sustained me through some of the greatest victories and deepest shadows of death in my life. Through the years I have found that there’s a commandment, precept, or principle in the Bible for every situation. I have also learned that what our world needs isn’t affirmation, or reformation. We all need transformation, starting with turning our eyes upon Jesus.
I call myself the Christian Boomer because my beliefs and views go back to the sixties and seventies. I believe that the Bible in its’ original autographs was given to us as holy men of God were moved by the Holy Spirit. I believe that God has preserved his word through all of the copies since then in such a way that we can reliably take any good translation and find it useful to teach us right from wrong, show us when we are wrong and how to get right. (To all my KJV Only brothers and sisters, I love the KJV and it is my primary Bible and the one I prefer to teach and preach from. However, I can use any other version to teach the exact same truth. If it is easier for someone to understand the ESV, then I will use it so that I might reach more people.)
Doctrinally, I most closely follow what Baptists were while I was growing up. Yup, I’m an old fashioned Bible Thumper. Whatever I face in life, my first question is, “What does the Bible say?” I also believe in the Great Commission. We are to go into all the World and make disciples of all men.
A fire has been lit in me to proclaim the truth of Scripture and the Christian Faith. There is plenty of error to be found on social media, it's time for someone to answer the question, "What does the Bible say?"
There are three things I do in this ministry.

Present biblically based doctrine by rightly dividing
the Word of Truth.
